In this way, you will be taken closer to your dreams instead of further away as what will happen if you allow your negative emotions and thoughts to continue having a place in you.

I am not saying that this is going to be easy. No, nothing is easy if you want to gain success in life but with practice and effort, you will find that you can easily control your feelings and thoughts. If you really want to successful at achieving your goals, then you must put in more effort, patience and perseverance.
